- Unethical trade practices are strictly forbidden, including but not limited to:
- major economic releases is constitutes “Major News” and may only be traded during an 8-minute window with a Major Economic Event trade add-on.
- Allowed: participants can replicate trades during their Instant Funding portfolios or with other portfolios.
- Your Instant Funding portfolio can act as a Master or Slave portfolio.
- Risk management and trade management ATS are permitted.
- participants are not permitted to use remote servers or proxies or any type of server trade.

Payout Policy
Earnings Distribution & extraction Schedule
- 80% Default earnings distribution
- First extraction is 14 days then subsequent extraction is 7days for Instant Program.
- On demand extraction for IF Micro ,1-Step Micro, 1-Step and 2-Step portfolios.
- 90% Default earnings distribution
- First extraction is following 24 hours, if you meet the below conditions;
- 15% peak day rule: your best trade day should not portfolio for more than 15% of your aggregate earnings.
- Your net earnings is at least 3% of your initial capital
- You can only initiate 1 extraction.
- If you go for the 5 – 13 days window you get 60% earnings distribution.
- 14 – 27 days window you get 80% earnings distribution.
- 28+ days you get up to 95% earnings distribution.
- 15% peak day rule: your best trade day should not portfolio for more than 15% of your aggregate earnings.
- 40% peak day Rule & min Profit Requirement ( For One Phase and Two Phase)
- You may not risk more than 1% of your portfolio balance on a single trade instrument. Exceeding this limit is constitutes gambling and leads to a firm violation.
- Your best trade day must be 40% or less of your aggregate earnings to qualify for an On-Demand extraction.
- Example: If your peak day’s profit is $475 and your aggregate earnings is $1,200, you qualify.
- min Profit: Must reach 5% of your initial capital
- 3 trade Days: execute on 3 different days (open and close trades).

Once all conditions are met, you can extraction all available profits anytime.
For the Instant Funding, The program makes use of a intelligent drawdown mechanism, The standard initial drawdown is -10% which remains the same till you hit a 5% profit, Once you hit a 5% profit, your Drawdown becomes fixed at -5% and this remains permanent again.
To initiate extraction you need to have 5% profit, Standard extraction is two weeks following the placement of first trade unless you added a five days extraction add-on during purchase, subsequent withdrawals is seven days following the placement of first trade.
The min amount for extraction is 25$. If you choose to portfolio expansion you need to have hit 10% earnings objective , The system will utilize 5% of the balance to enhance you.
