Trading Rules

Dormancy Policy

  • All portfolios gets suspended following 30 days of dormancy.
  • To avoid suspension, access and keep active connectivity.
  • Once suspended, portfolios may not be restored.

  • All or nothing practices are forbidden.

    • Inconsistent position sizing is forbidden.

    Mean Trade Duration

  • participants need to ensure that the mean duration of all their trades exceeds 2 minutes.
  • At least 50% of the requested profit must come from trades that surpass 2 minutes.

  • Entering multiple positions in a short period of time is forbidden.

    • Economic Event execute on Qualified Analyst portfolios

  • Allowed only for Swing portfolios.
  • If a trade is initiated during 2 minutes prior to or up to 2 minutes following a news release (a 4-minute window), its duration must surpass 2 minutes for the trade to be valid.
  • For Alpha Pro 8/10% portfolios, trade around major economic releases is restricted to 2 minutes prior to or following the news release.
  • For Alpha One, Alpha pro 6% and Alpha Three portfolios, trade around major economic releases is restricted to 5 minutes prior to or following the news release. News trade is permitted in all evaluation program without any restriction.

    • Drawdown Adjustment Rule for Alpha One portfolios

  • If your 6% trailing Max Drawdown resets to the initial balance following reaching a 6% profit, maintain a profit buffer to keep trade.
  • Withdrawing all profits leads to portfolio closure.

    • Risk Control

  • Consistently losing or risking 2% or more in a single trade or sequence of trades closed around the same time is forbidden.

    • Qualified Analyst Allocation Rules:

  • $300,000 is the max allocation per trade strategy on a Qualified Analyst portfolio. “strategy” is defined as the assets themselves. ?

Consistency Rules

**The on-demand extraction** option includes a 40% consistency rule requirement and a min of 2% gross profit.

Payout Policy

  • You can select either Biweekly extraction or 2% On Demand at checkout for the Alpha Pro 8/10%, Alpha Pro 6% and Alpha Three plans.
  • For the Alpha Swing and Alpha One plan only the 2% On Demand option is available.

  • For your first performance fee request, a min of 5 trade days using the same trade strategy is required
  • Payouts every 14 days.
  • min extraction: $100 in gross profits.

    • Two Percent on Demand Value:

  • participants can request payouts anytime, provided they:
  • Achieve the 40% peak day Rule.
  • Have at least 2% of gross profits in the portfolio balance.
