Trading Rules
Evaluation Types
2-Step Evaluation
Phase 1 profit target: 8% of initial balance
Phase 2 profit target: 5% of initial balance
Daily loss limit: 5% of the starting balance of the day (resets at 00:00 UTC)
Maximum overall loss: 10% of the initial account balance (static max drawdown)
Minimum trading days: 5 trading days per phase
Time limit: No maximum time to complete each phase
1-Step Evaluation
Profit target: 10% of initial balance
Daily loss limit: 4% of the starting balance of the day
Maximum loss: 6% trailing drawdown from the highest equity
Minimum trading days: typically low (e.g. a few days); no strict max time
General Trading Conditions
News trading: Allowed
Overnight & weekend holding: Allowed
Hedging: Allowed inside the same account
Not allowed across multiple accounts (no cross-account hedging or coordinated opposite positions)
EAs & algorithms: Allowed, but must reflect realistic trading (no abusive HFT-style behaviour)
Copy trading: Allowed as long as it does not create cross-account hedging or artificial mirroring between multiple accounts.
Account sharing / passing services: Not allowed; only the registered trader may trade the account.
Payout Policy
Profit split:
Standard funded accounts start at 80% profit split to the trader.
Higher splits (up to very high levels) may be available via scaling or specific add-ons.
Payout schedule:
First payout typically available after 15 traded days on the funded account.
Subsequent payouts usually available every 15 trading days.
Processing & methods:
Aim to process payouts within about 24 hours once approved.
Main payout provider: Rise (requires KYC/tax info).
If Rise is unavailable in a country, payouts may be handled individually (often via crypto) at the firm’s discretion.
Refundable Fee (Challenge Fee Refund):
By default, the evaluation fee is non-refundable once you start the challenge.
During specific promotions, My Crypto Funding may offer 100% refund of the challenge fee with the first payout, if the challenge was purchased with an eligible promo code.
These refunds are promo-based, not a permanent rule; conditions depend on the active promotion.
